Please note that this refund facility is only for transactions conducted to buy a ticket using the Internet/website, Daewoo Self-serving Kiosks or the Daewoo Express mobile app.
Fill the attached form if you made a payment for ticket through Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Accounts or Daewoo Miles.
DPEBS (Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service) reserves right to approve or reject passenger’s refund request. In certain conditions the passenger may only be entitled to a partial refund.
Refund request must be made against a booking #, which was used by passenger to buy the ticket.
Refund request will not be accepted, if ticket has been generated against provided booking # and the passenger has completed his journey on the same ticket.
To refund or exchange an online ticket, respective terminal admin will be point of contact.
The passengers are requested to collect their refund amount within 30 working days, after that payment will be retained.
Cash refund is available only for credit/debit card or mobile accounts transactions. In case of Daewoo Miles transactions, only the miles will be reversed.
Requests regardingreversals on the passenger’scredit/debit card account,may take 2-3 weeks depending on the operational procedures of the acquiring bank.
All cash payments will be available at requested terminal within2 – 3 working days.
In case of providing false or misleading information, payment shall be retained.
